Congratulations to Ted Yoho for voting Yea. 

      113th CONGRESS 2d Session H. R. 3865 AN ACT To prohibit the Internal Revenue Service from modifying the standard for determining whether an organization is operated exclusively for the promotion of social welfare for purposes of section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.


Of course, 176 Democrats who need the IRS to harass and intimidate Tea Party groups in order to win re-election are on the wrong side of this issue.  Their motto is, if you can't harass the "enemy" under the table, then just change the rules to make it legal. And we are all still waiting for someone to actually be held legally accountable for violating the law on this issue since it is clear that in having to change the law it is understood that what was done was illegal.
