Stealing from our Children

As this report from the CBO shows, the United States is well on its way to permanently destroying our own economy and probably that of the entire world that uses our money as reserve currency.  The sad thing is that there is absolutely no sizeable part of our elected officials that see this growing debt as an issue that needs to be tackled.  So, instead of doing the hard things that need to be done to stabilize our financial outlook, the federal government will tackle those side issues like climate change, gun control and other pet social issues so they don't have to tackle something that really matters.  When we constantly elect the same cowards, what more should we expect.
