Military Budgets, the real end game

I guess it is better later than never for Congressman Paul Ryan in this Breitbart article.  No wonder the Republicans can't seem to get a bead on counteracting the President's policies if they haven't yet realized the truth that negotiating in good faith went out the window a long time ago if it was ever even in play.  As for hollowing out the military, are they just realizing this now?  Hopefully the next President will love negotiating with the rest of the world from a position of increasing weakness.
