Coming to a television and newpaper near you...State controlled media
Given the insatiable need for the civil government to take over every aspect of our lives, there is no reason to think that they will stop at anything to control the news content available to each citizen. It isn't enough that they want to indoctrinate our children from the earliest of ages, but now, not content to sit back and let all of those years go to waste by letting people actually hear a broad spectrum of opinion in their adult years, the government is going to introduce changes under the guise of a Multi-Market Study of Critical Information Needs. Don't worry though, the FCC sees this action as necessary to meet the information needs of every citizen including women and minorities. Not impressed with this type of canned response when in comes to covering the true intent of government extending its reach into our lives, this quote more adequately lays out what is possible under this plan. "Citing the FCC, Jason Pye (the editor-in-chief for the United Liberty website and former legislative director for the Libertarian Party of Georgia) wrote that the stated purpose of the CIN is to collect information from television and radio broadcasters about “the process by which stories are selected” and how often stations cover “critical information needs,” as well as to assess “perceived station bias” and “perceived responsiveness to underserved populations.”" Distrustful f the news now...don't worry folks, the government is looking out for you.
